“Understanding the role of the kidneys and recognizing potential problems is the best way to guard against disease and alert you to changes that should prompt a visit to your physician.” (Direct quote from the brochure.) Project translated into Spanish.

Mount Sinai Medical Center offers an in-home physician visits program for the elderly, terminally ill and individuals with other major diseases.

Book titled Loco Con los Plátanos Beautiful and very colorful cookbook  created as a by-product of an innovative invention to peel green plantains and other native root vegetables.

Edited and translated recipes into Spanish as well as composed materials in English for author bio-sketch, instruction manual for the E-z Peeler, etc.

NY Council On Adoptable Children’s Manual for Parents with HIV/AIDS

The manual’s English title “Who will take care of Me?”

The manual addresses issues of who will take care of their children in the event of death or absolute disability. 

It presents parents and family members with options and resources to aid in the care of these children.

For  this project I was responsible for its translation as well as general layout.
